The project was to create a travel guide for Bay Area destinations in California, USA. I focused on destinations where people can hike, explore, or catch a beautiful sunset (or sunrise) view. I was inspired by travel magazines, Vogue magazine, and traveling blogs. Each destinations provides text of the history of the destination. Fonts were picked by the time era the destination is best known for (ex. Berkeley: 1960s/70s). I went on Google Maps, searched each city, and drew the shape on Adobe Illustrator of the city shape.
